This website is operated by Mitchell’s Artist Supply. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing
We work hard to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but colours can look different on screens and packaging may change. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use
Art materials should be used as directed on their labels. Some products are not intended for young children; please read product details and supervise children when using art supplies.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mitchell’s Artist Supply is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
