Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada.
How your order ships
Mitchell’s Artist Supply works with trusted art supply makers and distributors, and your order ships directly from them. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive a tracking email for each package.
Processing and delivery times
Orders usually leave our suppliers within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on where you live. Rural, remote and northern addresses can take longer. These times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
Damaged, missing or delayed packages
If a package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we’ll send a replacement or refund the item.
If an item can’t ship
Occasionally an item sells out at our supplier after you order. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund that item in full.
