Returns within 30 days
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Items we can’t accept back
- Paint, ink, mediums, oils, solvents, varnish and clay once opened
- Face paints and makeup applicators once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to start a return
Please contact us before sending anything back, with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Because orders ship from our suppliers, we’ll give you the correct return address. Parcels sent without a return approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn’t what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, and you won’t need to pay to send it back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled only before they ship.
